Terms of service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Lectelo, which is based in Israel. By using Lectelo you agree to them. For any question, write to lectelo@gmail.com.
What Lectelo does
Lectelo drafts multiple-choice questions from the teaching material you upload, shows the source of each one, and lets you review, edit, approve and export them. You decide what goes into an exam.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and use Lectelo for your teaching or academic work. Keep access to your account secure, and do not share it. You are responsible for what is done through it.
Your material
Your material stays yours, and so do the exams you make. You allow us to store and process your material only to run Lectelo for you, as described in the privacy policy. Upload only material you have the right to use. Do not upload personal information about students or identifiable patient information.
AI drafts need your review
Questions are drafted by AI and can be wrong, even with a citation and automated checks. You are responsible for reviewing each question and for any exam you use.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law through Lectelo, try to reach other people's data, get around usage limits, overload or attack the service, or copy the service to build a competing one.
Availability and limits
Lectelo is at an early stage. We apply usage limits, and we may change, pause or stop features. Keep your own copy of any exam you need by exporting it.
Price
Lectelo is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before you are charged anything.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
Liability and changes
Lectelo is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by errors in an exam you approved. When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will email you first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
